PartyDanceUK is all about celebrating the dance music and songs of Steps, S Club, Same Difference, Kylie, The Saturdays, HSM, Spice Girls, Girls Aloud and many other similar pop and partydance/novelty acts - Scooch, Whigfield, Las Ketchup, Gina G, Vengaboys and lots more.
Staged performances showcasing a range of their dance routines will be presented by dance school students who will also be singing some of their hits. Also included will be renditions to hits of boybands such as Westlife and Boyzone to complement the more uptempo numbers.
Together with such features as audience singalongs and discos celebrating this style of pop, PartyDanceUK will work towards the staging of what would become a national outdoor partydance pop festival taking place each summer, an event where the performers are the stars. There would be areas set aside for displays of pictures and other memorabilia of acts whose music is being performed.
Singing In the Rain: featuring in the events schedule being planned for summer 2009 will be a new fun way to raise money for worthy causes and a routine to that famous song will be a centrepiece. There is a ‘fun events for rainy days’ page being developed which will give more details as time goes on.
A Dance Foundation to raise awareness on school-bullying: this project may become a Dance Foundation raising awareness through music on bullying and its effects - it is hoped that each event will be seen as being a musical tribute dedicated to all such victims especially to those whose lives have been affected by bullying. There is a page being developed, Awareness on Bullying, which gives more details - there is a link in the menu on the left of this page.
